Aleph in Madrid is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to lead the design, governance, and optimization of our sales incentive programs globally.
You will translate performance data into clear insights, working with HR, Finance, Sales Operations and business partners to ensure fair, accurate rewards aligned with priorities.
This role is fast-paced and data-driven, with a base salary starting at 40,000 EUR and a yearly variable component reflecting experience and scope.

As part of our Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of our compensation programs, with a strong focus on sales compensation and variable pay. You will support the calculation, governance, and optimization of incentive plans, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business priorities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Sales Operations, and other key stakeholders, you will help translate compensation data into clear insights, reliable processes, and effective rewards solutions for our global teams.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 40,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
