ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Subject‑matter expert within our global Total Rewards team, specialising in incentive and variable pay design
  • Shape, govern, and continuously improve short‑ and long‑term incentive frameworks across a global, multi‑divisional organisation
  • Work at the intersection of compensation strategy, business performance, and executive stakeholders
  • Senior‑level specialist expected to operate autonomously, advising senior stakeholders on complex incentive design decisions with minimal oversight
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Design, model, and evolve incentive plans — STI, sales incentives, and LTIP structures — including plan mechanics, performance metrics, and payout curves
  • Run scenario modelling and cost simulations for plan design decisions and annual target setting
  • Own the annual incentive cycle end‑to‑end: target setting, mid‑year reviews, payout calculations, and governance documentation
  • Ensure alignment of incentive frameworks with business strategy, market practice, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries
  • Conduct benchmarking (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Comptryx) and translate market data into actionable design recommendations
  • Prepare decision papers and analyses for senior leadership and executive committees
  • Partner with People Partners, Finance, and Legal on implementation, communication, and compliance
  • Bring external market perspective and best‑practice frameworks from prior client‑facing or advisory work, translating these into practical, organisation‑specific solutions
ABOUT YOU
  • 8+ years of Total Rewards / compensation experience, with a strong focus on incentive design (STI/LTI); prior experience in a consulting environment (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Aon, Deloitte) is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; advanced Excel a must, experience with comp platforms a plus
  • Sound understanding of incentive governance, pay‑for‑performance principles, and ideally LTIP mechanics (equity and cash‑based)
  • Ability to translate complex plan mechanics into clear narratives for executives and managers
  • Precise, structured working style with high integrity in handling confidential data
  • Fluent English; additional languages a plus
