Aleph in Madrid is seeking a Sales Compensation Expert to design, govern, and optimize global incentive programs. You will own the full cycle from plan design through communication and payment accuracy, collaborating with HR, Finance, Sales Operations, and business leaders.

This hands-on role includes mentoring one direct report and shaping fair, impactful compensation in a fast-moving, matrixed environment, aligned with the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Formación
