Innomotics in Madrid is seeking an experienced sales professional for HV Motors & MV Drives. You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage existing HV customers, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate tenders to win projects.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering and 5+ years in global HV/MV drive sales, with strong Spanish and English communication. Join a dynamic, international team and drive growth.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable field.
• 5+ years of experience in global sales or business development in HV Motors or MV Drives.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies for selected HV customers.
• Sales responsible for existing HV customers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline with clear volumes, risks and forecast.
• Engage with OEM, EPCs, and End users to understand needs and position our solutions.
• Drive product offers and tenders, coordinating technical and commercial.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align on strategy and win projects.
• Deliver product presentations and represent Innomotics in meetings and industry events.
