Innomotics busca un Ingeniero Comercial Técnico para la oficina de Barcelona, responsable de la venta de motores eléctricos de baja tensión. Se valorará experiencia comercial en motores/automatización y capacidad para gestionar clientes y oportunidades en el área asignada.

El candidato trabajará de forma independiente reportando al Sales Manager, con opción de formación continua y desarrollo en un entorno internacional.

Formación

• Degree en ingeniería eléctrica, mecánica o electrónica o campo relacionado.
• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en ventas en motores, transmisiones o automatización industrial.
• Experiencia con CRM y conocimiento de sectores OEM, HVAC, túneles, agua, papel y químicos.
• Dominios en español, catalán e inglés; licencia de conducir clase B en España.

Responsabilidades

• Vender motores de bajo voltaje en el mercado asignado, en coordinación con el equipo de ventas.
• Desarrollar ventas: lograr objetivos para los clientes asignados.
• Identificar nuevos clientes y oportunidades para crecimiento.
• Negociar precios, plazos y condiciones de pago con la estrategia comercial.
• Mantener conocimiento técnico de productos y formarse en novedades.
• Gestionar la política comercial y CRM, y apoyar planes de acción.

About the job

At Innomotics, we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Barcelona office and be responsible for the sale of low-voltage electric motors.

We are seeking a professional with commercial experience in the electric motor, industrial automation or electrical equipment sectors, with the ability to manage customers, identify business opportunities and develop sales in the assigned area. The successful candidate will work independently and report to the Sales Manager.

Your role and responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for selling low-voltage electric motors within the assigned market segment, in coordination with the sales team.
• Sales development: Achieve the objectives established for the assigned customers.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities to support continued growth.
• Strategic negotiation: Negotiate prices, lead times and payment terms in line with Innomotics’ commercial strategy and in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Technical expertise: Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of our products and new developments in order to offer our customers the best possible solution. At Innomotics, we will provide you with all the tools and resources required for continuous learning.
• Commercial policy management: Follow and implement the company’s commercial policy, participating in the planning and monitoring of action plans, achievement of objectives and CRM management.

Requirements

• Degree or technical qualification in electrical, mechanical or electronic engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of sales experience in the industrial market for motors, gearboxes, industrial automation or electrical equipment.
• Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of sectors such as OEM, HVAC, tunnels, water, paper and chemicals, as well as variable-speed drives.
• Strong communication skills, leadership, problem-solving abilities, empathy and strategic vision.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and English.
• A valid Category B driving licence in Spain.
