Innomotics is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for our Barcelona office to drive the sale of low-voltage electric motors. You will manage customers, identify opportunities, and coordinate with the sales team to grow revenue.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial motor or automation sales, strong communication in Spanish, Catalan and English, and a valid driving licence. The role offers a fixed salary plus variable compensation and travel allowances.

Formación

• Degree or technical qualification in electrical, mechanical or electronic engineering, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Sell low-voltage electric motors within the assigned market segment in coordination with the sales team.
• Drive sales development and achieve objectives for assigned customers.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities to support growth.
• Negotiate prices, lead times and payment terms in line with the company strategy.
