Hitachi Energy in Madrid is seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to strengthen our Service unit. You will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, and partner with managers and technicians to embed HSE across operations.

You will manage incident reporting and investigations, lead risk assessments, and use PowerBI and Intelex to track performance and drive improvements.

Formación

• 8+ years HSE experience in industrial or service settings.
• Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention with three mandatory specialties recognized in Spain.
• Experience in construction projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong incident management and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Promote proactive HSE culture among employees and managers.
• Lead incident reporting, investigations, and lessons learned.
• Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards and local legal requirements.
• Analyze HSE performance using digital tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate risk assessments and training activities.
• Drive implementation of HSE programs and KPIs across the unit.
