Hitachi Energy in Madrid is seeking an Operations HSE Specialist to lead and improve Health, Safety and Environmental programs across EU HUB operations. You will partner with business leaders to embed risk management, incident prevention, and a culture of safety.

The role requires 5–10 years of operational HSE experience, a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering, strong leadership and English fluency. Some travel (25–30%) across Europe will be needed.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering.
• 5–10 years of Operational HSE experience in energy.
• Proven ability to drive HSE improvement programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement HSE programs across Hitachi Energy EU HUB.
• Support risk assessments and effective mitigation measures.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive safety culture and compliance.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs.
