Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of Operational HSE experience.
• Strong expertise in electrical safety and safe operations.
• Proven track record in implementing HSE improvement programmes.
• Fluent English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–30% across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve HSE programs across Hitachi Energy EU HUB.
• Conduct risk assessments and support effective mitigations.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness initiatives.
