Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. seeks a dynamic HSE & Sustainability Learning and Communication Specialist to drive learning programs and strategic communication across the Grid Integration BU. You will shape training, onboard new hires, and advance the sustainability culture globally.

The role requires collaboration with HSE, Sustainability, HR, and Communications teams, and fluency in English. Remote work is not available; located in Madrid with global exposure and cross-geography impact.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, Organizational Development, or related field.
3+ years in corporate learning, internal communications, or sustainability/HSE roles.
Strong writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
Experience with digital learning platforms and content creation tools.
Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

Design, implement, and manage HSE and sustainability learning programs for various roles and geographies.
Develop engaging training content (e-learning, workshops, toolkits) with SMEs.
Monitor training effectiveness and improve based on feedback and metrics.
Support onboarding with HSE and sustainability modules.
Create internal communications strategies to promote HSE and sustainability culture.
Coordinate global and regional awareness events (e.g., Safety Week, Earth Day).
Collaborate with HSE, Sustainability, HR, and Communications teams across regions.
Track learning participation and engagement metrics; contribute to sustainability reporting.
