Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Operations HSE Specialist to lead and advance health, safety and environmental programs across EU HUB operations, focusing on risk management, incident prevention, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with leaders and contractors, deliver training, manage environmental compliance, and promote a strong safety culture. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus, with up to 30% travel across Europe.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of Operational HSE experience, preferably in energy.
• Strong expertise in electrical safety for complex industrial settings.
• Experience translating global HSE strategies into local execution.
• Fluent English required; Spanish language skills a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, implement, and continuously improve HSE programs across EU HUB.
