Confidential is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Manager – New Technologies to lead H&S strategy for Data Center and international projects, based in Madrid. You will provide visible leadership, promote a positive safety culture, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor on H&S matters, mentoring professionals, advising senior management, and building key external relationships to drive improvements throughout the project

Formación

• NEBOSH Certification is required.
• Experience on major construction projects, preferably Data Centers.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted advisor on Health & Safety matters across projects.
• Provide guidance to senior management and project leaders to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and suppliers to support delivery.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
