Placements24 seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee Operations & Employee Relations in a large manufacturing facility in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The role drives HR operations, labor compliance, and people development in a high-demand environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR with 5+ in management within manufacturing, strong IR, and strategic leadership to support safety, productivity, and employee wellbeing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience, 5+ in management within manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Experience in Queenstown/Eastern Cape or similar industrial hub.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor law, CCMA, and IR frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR operations in the manufacturing facility in Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution and collective bargaining if applicable.
• Lead recruitment for operational roles and drive performance management and development.
• Administer compensation and benefits and ensure equity.
• Promote safe, healthy work environment with safety committees.
• Manage HR budgets and guide HR team and line managers.
• Contribute to workforce planning and talent management.
