AECOM is seeking a Senior Highways Engineer with experience in roadway geometric design to join our Linear Infrastructures team. Work on projects from feasibility to detailed design for clients worldwide in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
The role requires 5+ years in highway design, strong CAD/3D modeling skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid work location in Madrid area with global opportunities in a leading infrastructure firm.
Formación
- Proven highway design experience (+5 years).
- Experience with international regs/standards favorable.
- Advanced level in highway geometry design and 3D modeling with listed software.
- US/Australia PE license considered favorable.
Responsabilidades
- Work autonomously on small projects or portions of larger projects.
- Prepare design calculations or reports for linear infrastructure.
- Lead design of roadway/highway projects across geometrics, MOT, pavement, signs.
- Perform highway engineering work within budget/schedule with minimal supervision.
- Self-check outputs before submission; participate in QC reviews.
- Prepare deliverables for review by senior members.
- Provide guidance to entry-level engineers.
