Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Highways Engineer to lead roadway geometric design and complex highway projects within our Linear Infrastructures team. You will work on designs spanning feasibility to detailed design, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid work environment.

Candidates should have 5+ years of highway design experience, strong CAD skills (OpenRoads, Civil 3D, AutoCAD or MicroStation) and fluency in English, with a background in international standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of highway design experience.
• Experience with international regulations and standards (AASTHO, British Standards, etc.).
• Advanced highway geometric design and 3D modeling skills with OpenRoads/Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously delivering design calculations or reports for linear infrastructure.
• Lead design of roadway/highway projects across geometry, maintenance of traffic and signs.
• Coordinate with drainage, bridges and other disciplines.
