AECOM in Madrid is seeking a Senior Highways Engineer with experience in roadway geometric design to join our Linear Infrastructures team. You will work on designs from feasibility through detailed plans on diverse projects, collaborating with colleagues across disciplines and with local authorities.

The ideal candidate has +5 years in highway design, strong CAD/3D modeling skills (OpenRoads, Civil 3D, AutoCAD or MicroStation), and fluency in English. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of highway designs (+5 years).
• Experience with international standards (AASHTO, British Standards, etc.) will be favored.
• Advanced highway geometric design and 3D modeling skills.
• English language proficiency (oral and written).

Responsabilités

• Autonomously delivering design calculations and reports for linear infrastructure elements.
• Lead roadway and highway design tasks including geometry,maintenance of traffic, pavement, and signage.
• Coordinate with drainage, bridges and other disciplines within project teams.
• Ensure work products meet budget and schedule with minimal supervision.
