Job summary

Jobgether, a fast-growing EdTech startup, is seeking a Head of Paid Ads to own global paid acquisition for a subscription product. This fully remote role offers significant ownership and the chance to shape growth.

Based in Europe, with a preference for candidates in Spain or Portugal. You will lead TikTok Ads across multiple markets, coordinate Meta/Google/UAC and Apple Search Ads, manage large budgets, and optimize CAC, ROAS and LTV.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, focused on paid user acquisition for consumer or mobile apps.
• Experience managing paid advertising budgets exceeding $100,000 per month.
• Strong TikTok Ads expertise with at least $50,000/month in investment.
• Experience marketing a consumer subscription app (not in e-commerce, gaming or fintech).
• Creative testing and UGC-driven advertising experience.
• Solid understanding of CAC, ROAS, and LTV to drive optimization.
• Ability to build reports and extract insights using spreadsheets/SQL/dashboards.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Customer.io or PostHog.
• Experience handling international campaigns across multiple markets/currencies.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads/UAC, and Apple Search Ads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition strategy and execution for a global consumer subscription product.
• Own TikTok Ads campaigns and optimize budgets across multiple channels.
• Coordinate campaigns across Meta, Google/UAC, and Apple Search Ads.
• Manage CAC, ROAS and LTV to inform budget allocation.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop and test UGC concepts.
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards.
• Leverage analytics tools to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Adapt strategies for international markets and currencies.
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to align objectives and growth.
