Job summary

RemotePass seeks an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join the Employment Legal team. You will advise on cross-border employment matters across 100+ jurisdictions, partnering with Operations, Payroll, Compliance, and Product to enable global growth while managing legal risk.

You will lead complex employment law matters, negotiate sophisticated agreements, mentor junior lawyers, and help build scalable legal processes that support one of the fastest-growing EOR platforms in the market.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in European employment law
• Strong understanding of cross-border workforce compliance
• Extensive experience handling complex employee lifecycle matters

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex cross-border employment matters across numerous jurisdictions
• Negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements and manage legal risk
• Mentor junior legal professionals and build scalable legal processes
• Partner with product and engineering to translate legal requirements into platform features
• Support GDPR and privacy compliance across employees, contractors and customers
