Job summary

Autodesk, Inc. seeks a Senior Community Manager to lead international community operations across EMEA and Latin America, managing the Spanish-language community and overseeing Portuguese, Turkish, and Arabic groups.

You'll collaborate with regional leaders, Expert Elites, and Autodesk teams to enhance engagement and experiences. You will report to the Senior Manager, Community Foundations & Operations, driving coverage, guidelines, and scalable processes across languages while building strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years in community management or operations, international scope.
• Strong Spanish and English written/spoken communication.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, partners or contingent teams.
• Comfortable with community metrics and escalation processes.
• Able to collaborate across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Spanish-language community operations, including forums and groups.
• Oversee Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic communities with local contacts and partners.
• Coordinate with EMEA teams and vendor channels for coverage and deliverables.
• Monitor community health, engagement, and recurring issues; escalate as needed.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Support, Sales for cross-functional initiatives.
• Support regional user groups, webinars, meetups and peer learning activities.
