Job summary

Talent Global LLC. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for Genomics & Life Sciences to drive new European business remotely from Western Europe.

You will own the full sales cycle and close high-value software license deals, typically in the six to seven-figure USD range, while building a regional pipeline. You bring 4+ years in B2B sales, a strong network in European life sciences, and an English proficiency at C1+.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Experience selling into healthcare, diagnostics, genomics, biotech, or life sciences.
• Established professional network in European healthcare or life sciences market.
• Advanced English (C1+), written and spoken.
• Self-employed/contractor engagement, not employment.
• Stable work history with average 2+ years per role.
• Ability to operate with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close for software license contracts.
• Close high-value B2B deals, typically ranging from $100,000 to $2,000,000.
• Build and manage a pipeline across European markets.
• Leverage existing network to open doors and gain early traction.
• Define and execute a go-to-market approach for target markets.
• Run discovery calls and product presentations with technical and business buyers.
• Negotiate terms and close new customer contracts.
• Inform leadership on pipeline status, progress, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with US leadership on pricing, positioning, and account strategy.
