Qualifications

• Fluent in French with strong English communication.
• 5–10 years of field sales experience in Life Sciences or related fields.
• Proven success selling into the French market.
• Experience managing a multi-country European territory.
• Cross-cultural commercial skills across Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic regional sales plan for growth across France, Belgium and Southern Europe.
• Build new customer relationships and expand adoption within existing accounts.
• Promote Automated Genotyping and Microbiome solutions.
• Collaborate with Regional Account Managers and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the company at national and European events.
• Maintain forecasting and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
