Zynga is seeking a Principal Level Designer for a Free-to-Play game based on levels. You will shape level design strategy, create levels, analyze data, and collaborate with developers and artists to implement new features and refine the production pipeline.

The role emphasizes a data-driven mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and strong English communication, with a hybrid approach in Barcelona.

Formación

• Must design levels for free-to-play games with strong balance and pacing.
• Experience using data to support design decisions with Tableau/Excel.
• Working knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine.

Responsabilidades

• Benchmarking and setting quality goals for levels.
• Create new levels following product guidance.
• Improve level quality and fun factor through data insights.
• Analyze level data to propose improvements and adjust economies.
• Own the level creation process with cross-functional teams.
• Document and optimize the production/content pipeline.
