Formación

• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products.
• Strong business sense and product intuition; you know how to prioritize what matters.
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design.
• Bayesian methods experience is a plus.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts.
• Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic.
