Homa is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to shape the commercial destiny of our RPG portfolio. You will own how players earn, spend, and engage, across multiple live titles, influencing revenue and KPIs with scalable economic models.

You’ll partner with studios, define pricing strategies, build simulations, and translate complex frameworks into actionable guidance for teams worldwide. We value curiosity, collaboration, and results.

Formación

• Experience designing core economy for a free-to-play RPG title end-to-end.
• Ability to analyze game data and translate it into actionable economic decisions.
• Strong communication skills to align distributed teams remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable RPG economy systems across multiple live titles.
• Own the economic impact of product features and roadmaps.
• Define pricing, sink/source balancing, and IAP strategies to drive engagement.
• Build economy simulations and data models end-to-end.
• Collaborate with studios and publishing teams to implement frameworks.
