Zyngacareers is looking for a highly skilled Principal Game Economist to join our team in Barcelona. This role will involve leading economic strategy and systems design across multiple games, collaborating closely with studios to ensure success.

The ideal candidate will have advanced analytical skills, expertise in Excel, and a deep understanding of game economies. The position is essential for driving engagement and performance across our game portfolio.

Formación

• Proven track record of designing and optimizing complex game economies at a senior or lead level.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and empower teams without formal reporting lines.
• Deep understanding of balancing player experience with monetization.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Cross-Studio strategy for economic design across multiple games.
• Collaborate with other Lead Economist and Director of Economy.
• Mentor internal teams on advanced economic frameworks and tools.
• Design and simulate complex predictive models and A/B tests.
• Drive cross-functional efforts with PMs, Data Scientists, and Engineers.

Advanced analytical skills

Mastery of Excel

Experience with SQL, R, or Python

Understanding Free-to-Play mechanics

Educación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field
