Monex Europe is seeking a Senior Executive covering the French market who owns a personal revenue book and is accountable for hitting weekly, monthly and quarterly targets in full alignment with our compliance obligations.

Based in Madrid, you originate and close new business with French-speaking corporates and institutions, manage your own pipeline end to end, mentor juniors and contribute to client-centric growth across the Monex network.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• 5–7 years' experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales.
• Strong commercial negotiation and pricing/margin skills.
• Solid understanding of European FX and payments regulation.
• Track record of building and managing a target-driven pipeline.
• Interest in mentoring juniors and progressing to leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue performance and hit targets and KPIs.
• Originate new business in the French market and manage pipeline end to end.
• Lead commercial negotiations with clients and maintain margin discipline.
• Maintain client relationships and provide FX exposure and hedging advice.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline with forecasting.
• Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements and log activity.
• Represent Monex at events and contribute marketing materials.
