Monex Global in Madrid seeks an Associate for the French market to grow the client portfolio by identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and expanding knowledge of FX solutions and international payments.

The role offers exposure to the full sales cycle, collaboration with Sales, Dealing, Compliance and Operations, and a clear path to develop commercial and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• Experience in sales, business development, financial services, FX, payments or related fields is desirable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with interest in financial markets.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Motivated, proactive and eager to learn for a long-term sales career.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound activity, referrals and networking.
• Support the sales process from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on commercial discussions and client proposals.
• Contribute to achieving team sales objectives and commercial targets.
• Develop relationships with French-speaking corporate clients and prospects.
• Understand client needs and introduce relevant FX and international payment solutions.
• Support account management activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and ensure a high standard of service.
• Learn Monex's sales methodology, products and regulatory framework.
• Participate in coaching, training sessions and desk development initiatives.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.
• Follow Monex policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Escalate issues or concerns appropriately and support compliance best practices.
