Monex Europe is seeking a senior leader to own a revenue-generating FX desk in Madrid. You will manage a team of executives, drive client relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong performance against targets.

You will lead pricing discussions, expand the desk's client base across Europe, and coordinate with dealing, compliance and risk teams to sustain growth and mitigate risk.

Formación

• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
• 8–10 years' experience in FX, international payments or financial markets sales, with revenue delivery.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and pricing/margin oversight.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory environment governing FX and payments in Europe.
• Track record of building and managing a pipeline in a target-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily, weekly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs for the desk.
• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and drive product and regulatory understanding.
• Implement and optimize a sales pipeline and lead-tracking process.
• Balance revenue delivery with Monex's compliance framework and risk controls.
• Oversee distribution and marketing activity for the desk and represent Monex at events.
