Monex is seeking a high-calibre FX Sales Executive in Madrid to manage and grow corporate client relationships across FX Spot, Forwards and Options. You will serve as the interface between Clients and the Dealing Team, coordinating with Compliance and Risk to ensure regulatory alignment and strong risk controls.

The role requires proven B2B sales experience, executive-level selling capability (face-to-face and on the phone), and a solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes.

Formación

• . Previous sales experience within a Business to Business (B2B) context.
• . Experience in a regulated financial services firm is highly desirable.
• . Proven history of operating at an Executive level within a commercial sales environment (face-to-face and telephone).
• . Clear understanding of end-to-end sales processes.
• . Strong sales techniques: Persuasive, Negotiation & Closing skills.
• . Understanding of risk management and compliance in a regulated environment.
• . Some knowledge of FX products.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage the 360 Sales Cycle.
• Prospecting and lead generation (sourcing & pitching).
• Plan sales calls, meetings, and post-call follow ups.
• Deliver presentations and create documentation.
• Own and implement sales strategies.
• Post-sale follow-up, repeat sales and upselling.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with the trading team where appropriate.
