Ebury Madrid Office is seeking a Senior Product Manager for FX to own vision, strategy and execution of FX capabilities across the client-facing platform. You will define roadmaps, drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, design, and payments, and lead initiatives to grow and optimize FX services globally.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with at least 2+ years in FX
• Practical knowledge of FX market structure including spot, forwards, options and regulation
• Adopt a user-centric approach to product decisions
• Experience building and scaling API-first products for developers or enterprise
• Ability to convert complex information into clear product plans and user stories
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in global FinTech environments is highly desirable

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive long-term FX product strategy and roadmaps
• Lead engineering alignment to ensure timely delivery with high quality
• Own operational and regulatory risk management for FX products
• Be the go-to expert on FX, with research and user feedback guiding decisions
• Prioritize using data insights balancing client needs and growth
• Monitor FX metrics and identify growth and efficiency opportunities
• Mentor junior PMs and share best practices across the team
