Ebury Barcelona is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a broad range of FX and payments products while driving revenue and client satisfaction. The role requires strong relationship management, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of FX markets.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a large sales team, tailor solutions to client needs, and strive to upsell Ebury’s product suite.

Formación

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience in FX institutions and/or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
• Sophisticated technical ability; statistical/fundamental analysis & risk management practices.
• Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
• Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
• Fluency in the local language and strong business-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of products including FX hedging and payments.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to assist in business origination and understand client environments.
• Understand competition capabilities to position Ebury’s Banking solutions effectively.
• Deliver on KPIs including revenue growth and reducing client churn.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and proposals.
• Provide feedback to technology and product managers to improve offerings.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients for referrals.
