Ebury Madrid Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the share of Ebury's clients who convert into hedgers and to build the journeys, workflows and decision tools that move them there.

Join a platform-led product initiative, collaborating with CPMs, Data, Design, Engineering and Compliance to transform how clients see and act on their FX exposure. You’ll frame those decisions with clear, scalable UX and analytics.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end conversion or engagement outcomes.
• Strong analytics, experimentation, funnel and cohort analyses.
• Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows; fluent English for daily collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end conversion journeys into hedging with a dedicated squad.
• Design guided journeys and lifecycle workflows for clients and CPMs.
• Develop decision tools showing client exposure in their currencies and scenarios.
• Provide CPMs with portfolio-level views of exposure and performance.
