Ebury Madrid is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the share of clients who convert into hedgers and to shape journeys, workflows and decision tools that guide customers from exposure to a standing policy. You will sit at the intersection of product, data and commercial, leading a dedicated squad with CPMs, sales, analytics and design to move customers through end‑to‑end hedging journeys.

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience, including ownership of conversion or engagement outcomes.
• Strong analytics and experimentation skills: funnel analysis, cohort/retention analysis, A/B testing.
• Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows and the messaging that carries them.
• Fluent English for daily collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end conversion journeys into hedging with a dedicated squad.
• Design guided, staged journeys and triggered workflows tied to real events.
• Develop decision tools for clients and CPMs to understand exposure and decision options.
• Provide portfolio-level views for CPMs and surface timely signals for conversations.
• Experimentation and measurement to improve conversion rates and business impact.
