Ebury is seeking an Engineering Manager in its Málaga hub to lead teams building the client risk management application for FX. You will drive end-to-end delivery, guide architecture for scalable, event-driven systems on AWS and BigQuery, and partner with Product and Design to deliver client-focused risk management features.

Formación
- Proven experience building and leading software teams.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS).
- Excellent hiring, mentorship and performance management skills.
- Fluent in English with ability to align cross-functional teams.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team.
- Define roadmaps and translate business outcomes into execution.
- Guide architecture reviews for scalable, event-driven systems.
- Collaborate with Product/Design to deliver customer solutions.
- Ensure production health, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
- Integrate responsible AI practices into development workflows.
