Ebury Group in Madrid is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to develop, expand and manage our institutional client base. The role covers trading account setup, relationship management and deal execution for FX and related services.

Ideal candidates have proven FX trading experience, strong sales and relationship skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This is an office-based position in Madrid with a dynamic, high-growth fintech culture.

Formación

• Strong financial services experience in sales or relationship management.
• Experience in FX institutions or selling to institutional clients.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to persuade and gain buy-in.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements relevant to financial services.
• Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and upselling.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new institutional client acquisition through research, outreach, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and fund ecosystem.
• Manage a portfolio offering FX hedging, lending, payments and cash management.
• Position Ebury Banking solutions against competition and gaps.
• Deliver KPIs: revenue, churn reduction, wallet share growth.
• Lead client meetings and present ideas, proposals, and updates.
