Search Chain Partners is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work with enterprise customers, turning AI capabilities into production-grade solutions. You will own projects end-to-end, from discovery to deployment, integrating AI agents and workflows with customer systems.

You will bridge engineering, product, and customer needs, designing scalable architectures and measurable business outcomes while collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing platform direction.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with customers to turn AI capabilities into production-ready solutions. Combining software engineering, solution architecture and customer-facing problem solving, you'll own projects end-to-end, from understanding business challenges to deploying AI systems that deliver measurable impact.

You'll sit at the intersection of Engineering, Product and the customer, helping organisations unlock value from AI while shaping the future direction of the platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand business processes, operational challenges and desired outcomes.
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, build and deploy AI agents and workflows that integrate with customer systems and data.
• Own projects end-to-end, from discovery and solution design through to deployment and optimisation.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence platform development and roadmap priorities.
• Monitor solution performance, measure business impact and continuously improve outcomes.
• Create reusable frameworks, tooling and best practices that can be scaled across customers.
• Act as a trusted technical partner, helping customers maximise the value of AI within their organisations.

• Strong software engineering background with experience building and deploying production-grade applications.
• Experience designing scalable systems, APIs, integrations and distributed architectures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

• Comfortable translating technical concepts into business outcomes and vice versa.

• Experience in a Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Customer Engineering role.
• Experience building AI, machine learning or LLM-powered applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern software engineering practices.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and complex technical environments.
• Exposure to workflow automation, AI agents or enterprise software implementations.
