Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers—the Technical Builders—responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You will mentor engineers, set engineering standards, and partner with deployment strategists to shape AI strategy and drive adoption.

You’ll own architecture decisions, production handoff, and the integration patterns that ensure scalable, reliable deployments across large customers.

Formación

• Lead technical delivery on your team end-to-end in enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems with tools like Cursor/Claude and Salesforce products.
• Mentor engineers, establish engineering standards, and influence product decisions with field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, tool calls, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Own the data lifecycle: model design, data pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, and orchestration to ensure reliable production performance.
• Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly, and codify learnings into reusable playbooks for the org.
• Provide technical depth on critical deployments and mentor engineers through code reviews and paired sessions.
