Salesforce is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for our most strategic customers. You will guide architecture, production handoff, and cross-team collaboration with a Deployment Strategist to shape AI strategy and adoption.

You are proficient in Python/JavaScript/TypeScript/Java or Apex, with hands-on experience integrating LLMs and using LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Formación

• Six+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production and using LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions.
• Provide technical depth on at-risk or critical deployments when needed.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering to influence the Agentforce roadmap.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate business challenges into solutions that ship.
