Supersonik in Barcelona is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to help redesign sales processes with AI. You will build AI agents, manage client deployments, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years experience and are tech-savvy, adaptable, and curious about AI. The role offers a gross salary of 32,000–42,000€ annually, flexible compensation for transport and meals, and the opportunity to work in a vibrant office environment.

The role: Forward Deployment Engineer

As a Deployment Associate, you’ll work at the intersection of AI, product, and go-to-market, helping software companies redesign how they sell using autonomous agents.

Responsibilities

• Build and shape AI agents that automate real sales processes
• Own client deployments end-to-end and grow into bigger engagements
• Partner with product and engineering to evolve the platform
• Grow on a clear career path within the Deployment team

Qualifications

High‑potential profiles with 1–3 years of experience who want to build, not just analyze.

You don’t need to be a software engineer, but you should be tech‑savvy with a technical or analytical background and excited to learn how to build AI agents.

Fluency in English is required (Spanish is not). Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.

• Implementation Consulting or Onboarding Engineering
