Perk is seeking a Senior Inventory Operations Specialist to elevate flight inventory systems, ensuring data quality and real-time reconciliation. You will shape standards, drive scalable processes, and influence product directions to maintain high reliability and data integrity across markets.

In this senior IC role, you will own end-to-end inventory workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI-enabled tooling to improve efficiency and decision speed.

Formación

• End-to-end ownership of flight inventory workflows and data quality.
• Deep understanding of GDS/NDC content and airline feeds.
• Ability to translate data into business impact.
• Experience mentoring teammates.
• Design scalable process governance.

Responsabilidades

• Define operational standards to reduce BAU workload and improve reliability.
• Balance domain goals with company objectives and set OKRs.
• Formulate analytical questions and synthesize insights.
• Anticipate how schedule changes affect performance and guide tooling decisions.
• Own reporting cadence and automate monitoring across teams.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows with guardrails for content changes.
