Perk is seeking a Manager, Inventory Operations to lead a team of 8 specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical work and a drive to raise reliability and efficiency.

You will set standards, develop governance, and leverage data to guide priorities. This hybrid position reports to the Director of Operations and interacts with Product, Engineering, and supplier teams.

Formación

• 4+ years in operations, travel technology, or supplier management.
• Solid working knowledge of travel inventory systems, GDS/NDC content, booking flows, supplier APIs, or similar backend systems.
• Proven ability to design scalable frameworks and coach a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 8 Inventory Ops specialists across flights, ground transportation and stays.
• Stay hands-on with IC-level work to diagnose complex issues and prototype fixes.
• Optimize across verticals by building standards, tooling, and processes for reliability.
