Perk is seeking a Manager, Inventory Operations to lead a growing team of 8 specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays. This hybrid role combines team development with hands-on problem solving and setting technical standards.

You’ll report to the Director of Operations and ensure inventory content is accurate, reliable, and high-quality, while driving AI-enabled improvements across workflows.

Formación

• Experience leading a team and developing people.
• Solid working knowledge of travel inventory systems, GDS/NDC content, booking flows, supplier APIs, or similar backend systems.
• 4+ years in operations, travel tech, or supplier management with end-to-end workflow ownership.
• Ability to connect operational work to business outcomes and balance hands-on work with team priorities.
• Proven ability to design scalable frameworks and coaching.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 8 Inventory Ops specialists across flights, ground transport, and stays.
• Stay hands-on by diagnosing complex supplier, GDS, or content issues and setting the technical bar.
• Identify gaps in operations across verticals and build standards, tooling, and processes for reliability.
• Define operational standards and governance to reduce BAU workload and improve reliability.
• Use data to guide priorities and translate insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Represent the team to senior leadership and cross-functional forums with Product, Engineering, and suppliers.
• Champion AI adoption across workflows and translate AI capabilities into improvements.
