Perk in Barcelona is hiring a Senior Inventory Operations Specialist to raise the bar on how we operate, building the systems, standards, and frameworks that sustain quality and scalability across the inventory domain. Flights are high-stakes and require real-time reconciliation across schedules and fares.

Based in our Barcelona office three days a week, you’ll balance short- and long-term priorities, use data as a strategic asset, and influence product and tooling decisions.

Formación

• You've owned a flights or airline-inventory workflow end to end, schedules, fares, or GDS/NDC content.
• Domain mastery: knowledge of airline inventory, schedules, fares, availability, GDS and NDC content flows.
• Strategic thinking: connect operational work to business outcomes and balance execution quality.
• Coaching ability: mentoring others even without formal management responsibility.
• Process design: design governance models that scale across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Set operational standards that reduce BAU workload and increase reliability across teams and markets.
• Balance domain and company goals, set ambitious OKRs and redirect focus when needed.
• Turn data into direction by formulating analytical questions and guiding data interpretation.
• Shape the Inventory Domain by anticipating how schedule changes and fare filings affect performance, defining standards.
• Own reporting cadence with automation and monitoring across teams, linking uptime to revenue impact for stakeholders.
• Own the AI loop by building AI-assisted workflows, setting guardrails, and evaluating tooling options.
