Perk is seeking a Manager, Inventory Operations to lead and grow a team of specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays. The role blends leadership with hands-on problem solving, setting technical standards and partnering with cross-functional teams.

You’ll report to the Director of Operations and drive reliable inventory content while pushing AI-enabled improvements and scalable processes across markets.

Formación

• Experience leading or managing a team with a track record of developing people and improving team operations.
• Solid working knowledge of travel inventory systems, GDS/NDC content, booking flows or similar backend systems.
• 4+ years in operations, travel technology or supplier management with end-to-end workflow ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Inventory Ops specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays.
• Stay hands-on: diagnose complex supplier, GDS or content issues and prototype fixes.
• Optimize across verticals to raise reliability across flights, transport and stays.
• Set operational standards and governance to reduce BAU workload and improve reliability.
• Turn data into direction by defining metrics and translating insights for senior stakeholders.
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums with Product, Engineering and suppliers.
• Champion AI-first thinking to improve efficiency and quality.
