Perk is seeking a Senior Inventory Operations Specialist to elevate how we manage travel content, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability across markets. In this senior IC role, you will shape standards, use data strategically, and influence product and tooling decisions.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, coach others, and drive initiatives that improve inventory performance, with relocation support and English as the official office language.

Formación

• 4–6 years in operations, travel technology, or supplier management.
• Expert knowledge of inventory systems, GDS, APIs, and booking infrastructure.
• Ability to connect operational work to business outcomes and make trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring others—even without formal management.
• Executive-level communication with senior stakeholders.
• Process design and governance frameworks that scale across markets.

Responsabilidades

• Set the Standard: Define operational standards that reduce BAU workload and increase reliability across teams and markets.
• Think and Act Strategically: Balance domain and company goals, set ambitious OKRs, redirect focus when needed.
• Turn Data into Direction: Formulate analytical questions and synthesize insights for strategic decisions.
• Shape the Inventory Domain: Anticipate market/product changes and build scalable governance.
• Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Drive automation and workflow improvements across teams.
• Champion AI-First Thinking: Map processes for AI-driven operational improvements.
