Perk is seeking a Manager, Inventory Operations to lead a growing team of 8 specialists across flights, ground transport and stays. The role blends hands-on work with strategic leadership in a hybrid setup.

You\'ll report to the Director of Operations, drive reliability and quality of inventory content, and champion AI-driven improvements across all three verticals we support, with relocation support available.

Formación

• People leadership experience and developing talent.
• Fluency in travel inventory systems and GDS/NDC content.
• 4+ years in operations or travel tech.
• Strategic thinking linking operations to business outcomes.
• Ability to design scalable processes and standards.
• Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and Develop the Team: Manage, coach, and grow a team of 8 Inventory Ops specialists across flights, ground transportation, and stays.
• Stay Hands-On: Dedicate meaningful time to IC-level work, diagnosing complex supplier, GDS, or content issues yourself.
• Optimise Across Verticals: Identify where operational support is inconsistent or underdeveloped across flights, ground transportation, and stays.
• Set the Standard: Define operational standards and governance frameworks that reduce BAU workload and increase reliability.
• Turn Data into Direction: Use data as a strategic asset to guide the team’s priorities.
• Represent the Team: Own the narrative for senior leadership, connecting the team’s operational outcomes to business goals.
• Champion AI-First Thinking: Push AI adoption across the team’s workflows, coaching specialists on AI-assisted approaches.
