Workday, Inc. in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Financial Consulting team. You will lead or support end-to-end implementations of Workday’s Finance modules for a variety of customers, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering reliable, high-impact solutions.

Competenze

5+ years of consulting experience.
5+ years experience implementing or working with a Tier 1 business software application such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, NetSuite or FinancialForce.
Corporate financial accounting experience.
Educational qualifications and/or experience implementing financial management solutions.
Business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability and desire to learn technology quickly.
Comfortable working remotely with AI tools.

Mansioni

Lead or support end-to-end Workday Finance implementations for a varied customer portfolio.
Collaborate with Data and Integration Consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
Provide knowledge transfer and post-production support.
