BNB - Business Network Builders in Madrid seeks a Workday Consultant to analyze requirements, configure the Workday platform, and guide clients through implementation. You will run workshops, prototype configurations, and ensure solutions meet finance end-user needs.

The role emphasizes client-facing delivery, governance, and collaboration with the Engagement Manager. English fluency is required; Spanish or French are a plus. Based in Madrid with potential travel.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration (MBA desirable).
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial statements.
• Experience with or exposure to Workday is a plus; willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
• Teamwork and a proactive attitude to client service.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Lead workshops and demonstrate configurations via prototypes.
• Engage with clients to manage expectations and test Workday setups.
• Design and deliver Workday configurations aligning with finance processes.
• Support ongoing Workday operations and performance improvements.
• Report project status to the Engagement Manager.
