Workday is recruiting for the Success Plans team in Madrid, Spain. You will act as a trusted Workday advisor, delivering guided configurations, demonstrations, and one-on-one consulting to Help customers adopt Workday features and optimize their deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• 2+ years of software consulting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a range of advisory services to Workday Success Plans customers.
• Provide configuration guidance and demonstrations for Workday features.
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements and optimize value.
• Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features and best practices.
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities and drive value.

Conocimientos

IT implementation experience

Workday HCM experience

Software consulting

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Workday Certification or ability to certify

Advanced degree preferred
