BNB in Madrid is seeking a Workday Financials Functional Analyst to join our growing IT team. You will analyze business requirements, configure Workday modules, and support clients through workshops and testing.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, process design across Accounting, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Reporting, plus ongoing optimization and data standards. English fluency is required; Spanish or French is a plus. Travel to client sites in Madrid may be needed.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting and Finance/Business Administration.
• Strong understanding of business processes and financial statements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Lead workshops and sessions to gather needs and validate configurations.
• Design, prototype, test and deliver Workday configurations with client feedback.
